Although UTIKAD’s “Trends and Expectations in the Logistics Sector 2019” study shows one of the three most important problems in the logistics sector as “Qualified human resources” in the survey, the participants want to make the least investment for “Human resources”.
While it is considered that the most investment is made for “Technology”, in the other survey in this study, may the low order of importance of “Technology” investment for “gaining customers” be a contradiction?
