Type C Certificate: It is given to real and legal persons who will carry out domestic and / or international transportation of goods or private transportation. It is divided into the following types according to the form of transport: a) C1: given to those who will make special transport and b) C2: to those who will do it with commercial purposes.
C3, which is given to those who will be transporting movable goods for commercial purposes, was excluded.
