35% of the acquisitions and mergers in the transportation and logistics sector were for companies providing “Contract Logistics” and “Freight Forwarding” services.
The interest of Private Equity companies in the transportation and logistics sector is also increasing. The rate of Private Equity companies investing in the transportation and logistics sector has increased to 25%.
Among the companies dealing with the logistics business between 2010 and 2020, the highest valuation increase was in “Freight Forwarding” and “Contract Logistics” companies, with a 50% increase compared to 2010.
