According to the First 6 Months E-Commerce Data of 2020 report prepared by the Ministry of Commerce, e-commerce volume increased by 64% in the first 6 months of 2020 compared to the same period of 2019, reaching TL 91 billion 700 million from TL 55 billion 900 million.
In the categories for goods shopping such as airlines, travel, accommodation and food (home order), e-commerce volume increased by 94.5% in the first 6 months of 2020 compared to the same period of 2019, from TL 42 billion 430 million to TL 82 billion 580 million.
