It is expected to exceed $20 trillion by 2030. Being on the transit route of Asia and Europe, Turkey sits on one of the most critical bridges of China’s One Belt One Road Project as well as its geographical location. You can reach 67 countries from Turkey with only a 4-hour flight. Turkey is also right next to the qualified European market, which is the world’s largest importer.
Noting that Turkey can be an end-to-end logistics and production base in its geography, TIRPORT Board Member in Charge of Marketing Burcu Kale said: “One of the starting points that can pave the way for Turkey will be the “logistics sector”. If the logistics sector is supported with the right investment, the Turkish logistics market can run to 1 trillion dollars in 2030. Again, the industry has the potential to create 2.5 million direct new jobs over the next 10 years.”

Digitizing its logistics management from end to end, TIRPORT has increased its business volume by more than 300% in the last 7 months, with its applications supported by smart algorithms. The fact that 95% of the trucks on the roads belong to individuals in the Turkish transportation market and that the logistics companies that make contract transportation are also looking for reliable truckers from the spot market have had a great impact on this rapid increase in volume.
Stating that as TIRPORT, they are the digital transformation point of end-to-end management of transportation operations with mobile phones and reaching reliable truckers, TIRPORT Board Member Responsible for Marketing Burcu Kale continued her speech as follows:
“In these days when even the biggest logistics companies in Turkey can transport a maximum of 2,500-3,000 FTL (full truckloads) per day, as TIRPORT, we have increased the daily transportation to 2,800 FTL trucks, due to the high demand especially from SMEs, and by the end of 2020, we have increased the daily transportation to 4 thousand FTL. We plan to reach As a matter of fact, when SMEs could not reach suitable trucks with the classical methods they were used to due to the coronavirus, they discovered the digital platform TIRPORT. Likewise, truckers prefer to quickly become TIRPORT members. At this point, the number of active members in our system has increased from 20 thousand to 55 thousand in the last few months. As TIRPORT, we plan to take a 7% market share from the market by the end of 2023 and manage to carry more than 30 thousand FTL per day. We want to be the number 1 choice of 250 thousand truckers in Turkey to find cargo and catch the return load while on the road. At the same time, we will be one of the leading technologies in the logistics ecosystem in Europe, Africa and the Turkic Republics.”

Underlining that they have digitized logistics management from end to end with the business model supported by artificial intelligence algorithms they have developed, TIRPORT Board Member in Charge of Marketing Burcu Kale said:
“The way they do and manage business in the world continues to change permanently due to the pandemic. Many sectors such as education, logistics and health continue their end-to-end digitalization. Now, many services that we need in daily life have started to be managed in real-time, location-based, thanks to the new generation digital platforms supported by smart algorithms. In this change and transformation, TIRPORT enables end-to-end digitalization, which enables logistics to be managed from the pocket and the cargo to be found from the pocket.”[/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][/et_pb_section]
