digitalization in the logistics sector is the lack of \u201ccapable human resources\u201d.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-a492709\" data-block-id=\"a492709\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">According to the survey \u201cTrends and Expectations in the Logistics Industry 2019\u201d study conducted in UTIKAD, \u201ccapable human resources\u201d were shown as the most important \u201cchallenge\u201d.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-1a13348\" data-block-id=\"1a13348\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Similarly according to TSI\u2019s survey \u201cICT Usage Survey in Enterprises, 2014-2020\u201d in 2019, rate of enterprises \u201chiring or looking for IT professionals\u201d is 4,97%. 40,98% of them struggled. The rates are respectively 3,48% and 44,96% for enterprises with \u201c10-49 employees\u201d and 9,50% and 33,96% for enterprises with \u201c49-250 employees\u201d lastly 27,70% and 38,01% for enterprises with \u201cmore than 250 employees\u201d<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-caaa608\" data-block-id=\"caaa608\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Also, attention should be paid to the difficulty of \u201cFinancing\u201d. This difficulty will be a major problem for \u201csmall\u201d and micro \u201ccompanies in Group H (especially Group H-49.41). Without these companies, there may be difficulties in \u201cdigitalization\u201d efforts in the supply chain. Because Group H generally consists of companies of this size and generally receives service from these companies.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-5ceee39\" data-block-id=\"5ceee39\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">On the other hand, \u201cSenior Management Support\u201d, which is seen as the \u201clowest difficulty\u201d, should actually
